1.3 These terms and conditions can be altered at any time, so you should read them every time you make a purchase on this website.
2.1 Credit Card payments cannot be cancelled once those are accepted by us and we are charged the Payment Gateway Fees.
2.2 Payments made through Bank Transfer into our ICICI Bank, Demand Drafts, Cheques through ATM Drop Box and Cash deposites in our Bank can be cancelled provided the Items have not been processed and dispatched from our end.
2.3 Cash deposites in our ICICI Bank would attract additional Bank Charges. Kindly do not deposite cash in our Bank without prior intimation.
3.1 On occassion, an item may be mispriced. If you purchase a mis-priced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason - No contract of sales exists until your order is verified by a human, and the order status is set to 'Verified'. Our initial order status, â��Processedâ�� does not mean that a contract of sale is in place. This only means that the order has been successfully received into our system. From there on, validity and verification must take place before the contract of sale exists. In some verification cases, we may require additional documents from the Customer and / or reserve the right to reject the same.
3.3 The contract made between us through any transaction is governed by the laws of India, using only the English language and under Delhi jurisdiction.
4.1 We only store necessary information required to make a purchase. Your credit card information is NOT stored by us and is always processed across a secure server and is recognized as one of the most secure and reliable payment providers.
4.2 We do not sell or lease any of your personal information. All information left with CasioIndiaClub.com is entirely confidential.
4.3 You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, and this information is not used for any other purpose.
5.1 Your IP is logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. All orders are scanned strictly for fraud by our fraud department before they are shipped. If you specify a different shipping address to the billing address then your order may take longer as we have to perform the necessary checks. Fraudulent orders will be submitted to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 The dispatch time estimate for each item is stated on the product details screen. We ship our products through Blue Dart and the delivery time can be tracked on their website www.bluedart.com
In case your area is not serviced by Blue Dart then we may use some other reputed Courier or through dispatch it through Speed Post. Deliveries for such areas may take little longer. In these cases you will be notified by email or by Phone.
6.2 Lost deliveries. We use Blue Dart or other reputed Courier for all of our deliveries for reasons of reliability and convenience. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are very rare circumstances where parcels do not arrive in the agreed timescale or they are lost completely. Under these circumstances, we endeavour to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and have it delivered. You may also contact the delivery service yourself with the tracking number supplied to you in your despatch email / Order tracking Panel. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost. This must be confirmed by the delivery service themselves, and the time periods at which items can be confirmed lost depends on the delivery service used, and may take upto 7 days. We expect our esteemed Customers to cooperate in such rare circumstances.
6.3 In the case of a parcel being signed for and a delivery confirmation being available on the Blue Dart website, if the customer denies receiving the package, this is called a Denial of receipt. Under these circumstances, we must contact the Blue Dart to confirm the delivery details, who will in turn contact the customer to ask for written documentation to be completed to confirm that the parcel has not been received. These circumstances must be mediated by the delivery service and we cannot take action until it has been confirmed whether or not the parcel was received by the customer. Delivery service would initiate an inquiry to known the facts if any wrong delivery has taken place or any fraud is involved. Customers would need to cooperate in such circumstances.
6.4 Every order shipped us requires a signature upon delivery. Parcels cannot be left without signatures. If you miss the delivery person or there is no authorized person available on your behalf who can take the delivery, the Courier Company would give a second try on the next working day or may contact you on your Phone Number marked on the packet. After two such tries the Courier Company would return to origin (RTO), the concerned packet. Packets sent through Speed Post or other than Blue Dart may RTO the packets after single try.
6.5 For specific date Deliveries, Customers must contact us before placing the Order.
6.6 Please note that in a multiple occupation building, anyone in the building is allowed to sign the parcel to confirm its receipt. Blue Dart and other reputed Couriers consider an item as delivered once a signature at the designated address is achieved. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address, or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatoree.
6.7 If an item is returned to us undelivered because it was not collected or received by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge delivery charges for subsequent deliveries.
7.1 All of our prices are inclusive of Sales Tax. Octroi in some Indian States, if any, to be borne by the Customer.
8.1 All issues under Warranty, other than those which qualify for refund / replacement under our Refund Policy, would be taken care by the Authorized CASIO Service stations in India. In case an Authorized CASIO Service Station is not located in your City / Town/ Village then you may need to visit the nearest in your State or nearest to your State. You also have a choice of sending the Item to us at our Registered Address with prior intimation. The to and fro Courier charges for same to be borne by the Customers.

10.1 Once the Item is delivered to you safely, all the risk of loss and damage of products is assumed by you.
11.1 We do not ship to States of U.P and West Bengal without way Form issued by the local Sales Tax Authorities. Customers from these States may contact us before placing the Order.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".
