General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within one business day. Tracking numbers if available will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. All packages shipped by CasioIndiaClub.com are insured against loss or damage. You need to check the packet while accepting the same.

Customers will be contacted by e-mail / Mobile if there are any problems on processing the order or shipping the package on time.  

For Occassions / Festival Orders where Item is required within a specific date, Customers are advised to place the Order 5-7 days before the due Date. For urgent deliveries kindly Contact Us before placing the Order.

Shipping within India  

We dispatch all our products through Blue Dart. To get the Ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PinCode is serviced by Blue Dart Couriers. Blue Dart Location finder is available at Location Finder . Kindly ensure that Domestic Inbound is marked “YES” at the bottom table. For Locations not serviced by Blue Dart, we dispatch the products through other reputed Couriers like DTDC etc for which delivery time may be between 5-7 days. For remote locations we use Speed Post / Registered Parcel service of India Post.  

Our standard Shipping charges for All India are Rs.50 (for Wrist Watches)

For Express Shipping, Customers are advised to Contact us before placing the Order.

International Shipping  

We ship through Speed Post Service of India Post to Individuals located in USA , Canada , European Countries, Australia and New Zealand . Our Payment Gateway does not support International Credit Card as such International Buyers would be required to pay through Wire Transfer, PayPal etc.
