To qualify for this, you need to check the Item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. Since all packets dispatched from our end are insured with our Courier Company or with our Insurance Company TATA AIG, the above mentioned qualifing criteria for Refund must be adhered to.
The product must be returned in absolutely unworn condition along with the Original Box, Instructions Manual, Warranty Card, Invoice and all accessories / Freebies, if any.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.
